We know that time is of the essence. We contact your agent and organise the inspection on your behalf. We contact you to confirm your inspection date and time, and all reports are submitted within 12 hours of the completed inspection.
Once you have read the report in its entirety, we ask you to call to discuss the report with your inspector so he can answer any questions you have and assist you to make an informed decision with unbiased, professional advice you can rely on.
Thermal imaging inspections utilise a specialty thermal imaging camera to identify and measure heat and moisture patterns within a property that aren’t visible to the naked eye. I found CTP P&B Inspectors to be very professional and conscientious. They identified the issue I had immediately but still completed a thorough inspection of the property and identified any issues, even if minor, that could potentially affect the property's pest control. A full report was emailed with 24 hours The inspector was courteous to me and considerate that they were in someone home. No mess or clean up after was needed.

I recently engaged Steve from CTP Pest & Building Inspections for my property purchase in the Hunter/Newcastle area - this was after requesting to see reports from other B&P inspectors and found CTPs to be one of the best I saw. So I booked in and had Steve inspect the property and create a report. It was very detailed and inspected all areas thoroughly to make sure I was well informed on whether I should proceed with the purchase. The standout to me was the phone call with Steve after the inspection - he gave me a call and we discussed at length about all of the findings from the report. Brad came to site to inspect our new home build prior to handover. He attended site at 7am and had the report completed and supplied to us late that same afternoon. He found a lot of things we had missed finding ourselves and the report was well set out with pictures and detail for each item. Would definitely recommend using them for property inspections.
