I found CTP P&B Inspectors to be very professional and conscientious. They identified the issue I had immediately but still completed a thorough inspection of the property and identified any issues, even if minor, that could potentially affect the property's pest control. A full report was emailed with 24 hours The inspector was courteous to me and considerate that they were in someone home. No mess or clean up after was needed.

The inspection absolutely exceeded my expectations, it was extremely thorough and Steve squeezed himself into places I never would have looked. Our well written and detailed report was emailed to us just hours after the inspection (a Friday evening nonetheless) and a follow up call from Steve soon after answered any other questions I had.
