Building a new home in Medowie was a long journey, and we wanted to finish strong. CTP’s Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) was the final piece of the puzzle. Steve Moore went through our new house with a fine-tooth comb. His builder’s eye caught things we’d missed – from cosmetic flaws to a couple of non-compliant fittings. The builder was impressed with the quality of the report and fixed everything without argument. For anyone building in Port Stephens, a CTP handover inspection is non-negotiable.
