I arranged a pre-purchase building and pest inspection with CTP Pest & Building Inspections before purchasing an investment property on the Central Coast. What I found particularly useful was the level of detail in the report. It wasn’t simply a list of problems; the findings were presented in a way that helped me understand which issues were more important and which were maintenance items that could be addressed over time.
The timber pest inspection was also important to me because the property had gardens and areas around the house that warranted closer attention.
The report gave me a much better understanding of the property and helped me make an informed investment decision.
