After searching on the internet we came across CTP Pest & Building Inspections on first glance we thought no way they could have that many 5 STAR reviews and next to NO bad ones but we decided to call the office we spoke with Ginnie, she was lovely the report was very detailed and explained to us in plain English no wonder CTP has the most reviews I have ever seen for a small business they truly have traditional values and are very knowledgeable the best $500 I have ever spent.
