We recently had our final walkthrough with our site supervisor before getting the keys. We booked CTP Inspections to conduct a handover inspection. We received the detailed report the same day with plenty of defects and pictures for us to pass onto our site supervisor. Items will be getting fixed before we take possession of the property.
