Craig and Steve at CTP Inspections are absolute professionals. I had to organise an inspection quickly and they were brilliant from beginning to end. Craig shuffled their calendar around to find an appointment within days. He stayed in contact by phone and confirmed every detail. When Steve arrived, he was on the doorstep right on time. He spent three hours going over everything, crawling around under the house, climbing onto the roof, inspecting the roof cavity, checking wiring, checking for termites, paying close attention to every crack and structural anomaly, and testing for moisture. Once inside, he was just as thorough, even pushing up every window to ensure sash chords were not broken and doors closed properly. Within 24 hours I received an 87-page report with photographs and all defects identified into Minor and Major categories.
