CTP Inspections provided us a Handover report on our newly completed dwelling and boy are we glad we had CTP Inspections on our side, after having an inspection completed by another inspector that didn’t seem to satisfy, we contacted CTP Inspections who’s reports were like chalk and cheese they found multiple defects even the roof had to come off so the builder could install foil back insulation as per plans worth every cent.
