I purchased a commercial propert in Newcastle and a residential unit in Maitland, the agent tried to get me to use the agent or vendor reports that were not very detailed once I done my own research I couldn’t go past CTP Pest and Building Inspections. The difference between the agents reports and CTP was astounding no wonder CTP Inspections has all the google reviews thanks to Tess and her Team I secured both properties, but I knew where my $$ was going and what defects needed my attention.
