Report was very detailed, and Craig was willing to review the report with me on a Saturday. Craig was able to walk me through and highlight all the major items i needed to know about and how they could be rectified. I would happily recommend Craig and his company to anyone needing a pest & building inspection. I would use CTP Pest and Building Inspections again. Lynda
