We engaged CTP Pest & Building Inspections to carry out a building and pest inspection on a property around Lake Macquarie. One of our biggest concerns was termites and timber pests because of the property’s gardens, landscaping and surrounding vegetation.
The inspector took the time to explain the areas of the property that can increase the risk of termite activity and what we should be looking for as future homeowners. The timber pest component of the inspection gave us much more confidence than simply relying on a standard building inspection.
The report was comprehensive and easy to follow. We appreciated having the building issues and pest observations clearly documented so that we could understand the overall condition of the property.
Buying a home is a huge financial commitment, and we felt that the inspection provided valuable information before we made our final decision.
The booking process with CTP was simple, the communication was professional and the inspector was approachable throughout the inspection. We would have no hesitation recommending CTP Pest & Building Inspections to anyone looking for a building and pest inspection around Lake Macquarie, Newcastle or the surrounding areas. Bronwyn
