I contacted CTP pest and building inspections in the morning for price. They were extremely quick in responding and after giving them the go ahead everything was very smooth and easy. They organised the inspection with the agent and were speedy with the report which was sent to me by the end of the day. The comprehensive report Craig sent was detailed with photos and an outline of any issues that were found. I was given the opportunity to talk to the inspector and go over the report and have my questions answered. I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Wendy.N
